CEL is an independently owned Irish Building Services Practice established in 2012 with extensive design experience in Ventilation, Air conditioning, Lighting, General electrical and Mechanical services.
We provide a dedicated Building consultancy service. Our hallmark is to offer design and co-ordination of the services with the highest standards of detail.
